Do I have to run all at once?+
No. You can break your challenge across multiple runs within the challenge window if you like — but each single run you submit must be a continuous activity.
Which apps can I use to record my run?+
Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Health/Fitness, Samsung Health, or any GPS running app that exports GPX/TCX/FIT files or produces a screenshot with distance, pace and date.
How do payments work?+
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. UPI, net banking, cards and wallets are all supported. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
When will my medal ship?+
Medals ship within 7 business days of your run being verified. You'll get a tracking number by email.
What if my run isn't verified?+
We'll send you an email with the reason (missing GPS data, distance short of the target, etc.) and give you the chance to resubmit within the challenge window.
