Welcome to Beyond42 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for any of our virtual running challenges through beyond42.in, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Challenges

Beyond42 offers virtual running challenges — 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Full Marathon. Participants complete the distance at a location and time of their choosing and submit proof of completion (GPS activity screenshot from Strava, Garmin, Nike Run Club, or a similar tracking app).

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to register. Participants below 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent. You confirm you are medically fit to undertake the distance you register for.

3. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

4. Run Submission & Verification

You must submit valid proof of your run within the challenge window. Submissions are manually reviewed. Beyond42 reserves the right to reject submissions that appear tampered with, do not meet the registered distance, or are otherwise invalid.

5. Assumption of Risk

Running is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. You participate entirely at your own risk. Beyond42 is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during your participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on beyond42.in — branding, logos, imagery, copy — is owned by Beyond42 and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
