What We Ship

Your Beyond42 challenge kit medal, packaged securely — a finisher medal for the distance you completed, or for the 30 Day Streak the Consistency Medal (and the Champion Medal if you hold the highest verified distance at the end of your streak).

When We Ship

Medals are dispatched within 7–10 business days after your run submission is verified by our team.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Remote / North-East locations may take a few days longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India is included in your registration fee. We currently ship only within India.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at registration. Beyond42 is not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping to a corrected address will incur a shipping fee.

Undelivered / Lost Parcels

If your medal doesn't arrive within 15 business days of dispatch, email info.b42@zohomail.in with your registered details and we'll trace it with the courier.
