Beyond42 respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Account: Name, email, phone number.
Shipping: Postal address to deliver your finisher medal.
Run data: Screenshots or activity files you upload as proof of completion.
Payment: Handled entirely by Razorpay. We only receive a payment status and reference ID — never your card, UPI or banking credentials.

How We Use It

To register you for the challenge and verify your run.
To ship your finisher medal.
To send transactional emails about your registration.
To improve the service and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with (a) Razorpay for payments, (b) our courier partner for shipping, and (c) authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.

Security

Data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Only authorised Beyond42 staff can access participant records.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@beyond42.in.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
